Farhat Abbasi
Farhat graduated with a BSc in Social Work in 2009 and worked full-time as a social worker for many years before transitioning into family support work in places like children centres. Her experience includes working at Donnington Doorstep, facilitating family support groups like PEEP and Stay and Play at East Oxford Primary School, and running a BAME (Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic) support group.
Her interests lie in engaging with diverse community members and improving their wellbeing. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with those she loves over a cup of tea and teaching the Quran
