Lengthy Telephone Waiting Times

Dear Patients,

We would like to apologise for the current lengthy wait time on our telephones.

We have had reception staff shortage recently but we are now pleased to say, we are fully recruited, so we hope you see a big improvements soon. Please bear with us while the team become fully trained to enable us to offer the best service we can.

We would like to thank the many patients who have given such positive feedback this week, it really helps the team during this busy time.
