Due to the current on-going COVID19 pandemic we have paused our complaints procedure and will not be investigating any complaints at this time (with the exception of those deemed clinically urgent). This allows our health care providers to concentrate their efforts on the front-line duties and responsiveness to COVID19.

We value your feedback and would be happy to review any on-going concerns you have after the pandemic is over.
